Per-person pricing drops as your guest count grows — bigger groups, better rate. Smaller events may have an order minimum. Choose one bowl size for the whole event — Little Gaia or Small, not a mix. Artisan toasts, crêpes, and soft-serve açaí can be added to any package as they roll out.

Every bowl is labeled at drop-off and accommodating flavors are packed in separate containers so nothing cross-contacts.
- Gaia Experience
Our server plates accommodating guests first with clean utensils, and we call out each allergen tray as we set up.
- Gaia Signature
The full bowl bar gets its own dedicated station: separate scoops, labeled toppings, and staff walking guests through the options.

Is there an order minimum?
Yes — Gaia Essentials starts at 15 guests, and the served packages (Experience and Signature) start at 25 guests. Below those counts we can usually still help with a large to-go order from the shop.
How does per-person pricing work?
Every package is quoted per person, and the rate drops as your guest count grows. Use the estimator above for a ballpark, then send an inquiry for an exact all-in quote.
Do you handle setup and cleanup?
Gaia Experience and Gaia Signature include full setup and cleanup. Gaia Essentials is drop-off: we deliver ready-to-serve with disposable serviceware, and you handle the table.
How far will you travel?
Delivery is free within about 15 miles of our Rigby shop. Beyond that we add a modest travel fee, and we regularly serve Idaho Falls, Rexburg, and the surrounding valley.

Tell us about your event and we'll send a clear, all-in quote within 48 hours.
How it works
Send the inquiry → we confirm flavors, toppings, and timing → you get an all-in quote → we lock the date with a deposit.
Lead time
Two weeks' notice is ideal for larger groups. Smaller drop-offs can often be arranged with a few days' notice.
Dietary needs
Bowls are naturally dairy-free and vegan-friendly. Tell us about nut or gluten sensitivities and we'll plate accordingly.
